- Reconstruction of the Deauville Hotel with modernization and reimagining of certain elements.
- Retail and commercial space with widened public walk space
- 150-280 hotel units and up to 140 residential condo units in two slim towers (roughly 90 feet wide with 1-2 units per floor).
- Luxury residential units underwritten at $4,000PSF with potential upside of $5,000PSF.
- Proposed 400-foot height
- Condo towers will be approximately 31 stories above the pedestal. (purposely narrow towers to reduced shading impact on the beach)
- Stormwater retention above the project’s own impact
